Circle Productions
Attentive to the film industry's ever-growing use of the internet, Circle Productions was aware that their website could be a powerful asset to their business.
LLDT provided the following services:
• Information Architecture
• Programming & Scripting
• Web Application Development
The only problems were how, and at what price? Circle had already spent large amounts of time and money on a website that was low in usability and insufficient for helping their business.
The solution was simple : LLDT
Working closely with Circle and their in-house designer/director Matthew Griffiths, LLDT redeveloped the Circle website, as well as their Cycle Media website, from head to toe. The new websites are easy to understand, quick to present company information and, of course, easy on the eyes. The piece de resistance however, is a custom-designed and developed web application that allows producers from Circle and Cycle to build QuickTime reels online.
In a nutshell, the reels are assembled through a web-based interface that can browse a database of archived QuickTime movies and then assign them to "screening rooms". These screening rooms can be password protected for clients to view or placed on the company website for public viewing. Now Circle's work can be viewed 24/7 from almost anywhere.
